About VODKA SALAD
We noticed cocktail menus no longer appealed to us. Everything was way too sweet. So we started walking up to the bartender and building our drinks from scratch.
“Do you have cucumber? Great. How about basil? No? Mint? Yes? Good. Can you muddle those two together? Then throw in a lemon and a lime? Make it two lemons. Amazing.”
The results were always crisp, flavorful, and not too sweet.
We started calling them Vodka Salad.
